The Wisconsin Power of Attorney enforces a conveyance of legal controls to a third party through a written registry. There are several documents that permit both broad and restricted authority to a named individual for various needs and conditions. Management of financial dealings can be granted to another to cover the needs related to real estate, vehicles, or businesses possessed by an issuing principal. Planning for future health care circumstances can be facilitated with a contract to denote a person’s wishes to suit their needs adequately. The information recorded will help in scenarios where the principal is incapacitated or deemed unfit to make medical decisions. The various medical power of attorney forms also indicates who will be nominated to make choices after the declarant is no longer able.
