The Wisconsin Limited (Special) Power of Attorney imparts lawful conferment for a party to gain rights to act on behalf of another in a legal capacity. The limited form stipulates the indicated sphere in which the participant will be allotted powers of attorney. The document creates a certified bond allowing an agent to be authorized to make decisions and sign for the principal for the activity described in the contract. One or multiple controls can be issued with an effective expiration upon the principal’s death or at any point once a revocation is completed and executed. The paperwork’s endorsement must be verified by two (2) approved witnesses or by a licensed notary official.
