The West Virginia Real Estate Power of Attorney cites all relevant information pertaining to the transfer of rights associated with a piece of property. The granted controls to be granted from the owner to a second individual will be documented as desired within the provided contract. The length of time the assumed authorities are to be maintained and the exact permissions allotted to the attorney-in-fact are identified in the language of the agreement. The principal has the opportunity to select the various privileges to allocate for the property, designating access for real estate management, selling, purchasing, and/or refinancing as desired to fit the needs of the arrangement. Execution of the commitment is obligated to include a notary professional at singing to substantiate proof and understanding at the time of endorsement.
