The Nevada Limited (Special) Power of Attorney proposes a committed statement of permissions, granting an attorney-in-fact one or multiple defined rights to act in place of the principal party. This form can assist when the owner of property or accounts is not available but wishes to allot signing authorization(s) to an alternate agent. Upon execution of the contract, the agent will retain the denoted powers until the listed performance is completed. After the issued assigned task is carried out, the dissolution of the arrangement will occur.

Statute – Nevada Revised Statutes – Power of Attorney (Uniform Act) (§ 162A.010 – 162A.660)

Definitions – “Power of Attorney” means a writing or other record that grants authority to an agent to act in the place of the principal, whether or not the term “power of attorney” is used (§ 162A.090).

Signing Requirements – Notarization is obligated to authenticate the paperwork’s endorsement and establish enforceability (§ 162A.220(1)).
