The Nevada Real Estate Power of Attorney verifies a property owner’s choice to designate an agent to lawfully manage aspects of business regarding specified real estate held in possession of the declaring party. Depending on how the form is completed, one or more duties can be distributed from the principal to an elected attorney-in-fact. Selections can be made to extend controls as needed for the designee to buy, sell, refinance or manage the property temporarily.
