The Alaska Real Estate Power of Attorney is a formality executed when somebody would like another person to carry out specific actions in their name regarding a property. Upon the fulfillment of this document, the individual receiving the transfer of rights will be able to function as the owner and conduct negotiations, sign contracts, gain access to documentation, etc. The principal can make this relationship official by supplying the form with both parties’ personal information, specifics concerning the property, and their signature performed within the vicinity of a notarial agent.
