The Tennessee Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is a state of Tennessee government form used to grant authority to manage vehicle transactions to another person other than the owner. Actions and singing privileges concerning the transfer, registration, tiling, and/or licensing of an automobile can be obtained by completing the provided form. The agreement can be utilized to allow a non-owner lessee of a car or truck to register or title the vehicle in their name, as required by state regulation.
