The Oregon Minor Child Power of Attorney publishes a legal register granting an alternate adult select parental controls to care for a child on a temporary basis. Oregon legislature specifies that the document can be used to issue agency for a period not to exceed six (6) months in duration. The amount of time can be extended to twelve (12) months in cases where a school administrator is nominated as attorney-in-fact, and potentially longer for parent(s) actively deployed in the military (§ 109.056). Fill the form with the required information and provide endorsements from all parents and designated agents to secure the commitment.
