The North Carolina Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is a document produced by the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles to warrant extended permissions from a vehicle owner to an alternate individual. The rights incorporated in the agreement are put forth to allow a designated agent to take care of tasks associated with the listed automobile. Once signed and notarized, the paperwork can be submitted alongside any formal application(s) for titling and/or registration. Additionally, it will grant the attorney-in-fact the capability to transfer the vehicle without the expressed approval of the principal party.
