The North Carolina Revocation of Power of Attorney is devised to cancel a previously instated POA commitment formally. When a POA is no longer useful to the granting principal and the contract requires annulment, the revocation agreement can be filled and executed to revoke all extended rights. Include the name of the primary POA contract and the requested information on the principal and agent as directed on the form. Endorsements can then be recorded in the presence of a notary professional for proper submission.
