The Colorado Limited (Special) Power of Attorney narrows down the power(s) granted by allowing the principal to provide a more refined description of the authority they wish to bestow. There is typically a list of powers to choose from that are less defined and grant a broader range of control with other POA formats. When accomplishing a limited POA, the party issuing the powers will have to describe, in detail, precisely what they would like the agent to execute. Upon establishing this factor, they may sign the document to secure a proper arrangement.
