The Arizona Real Estate Power of Attorney permits an individual to act on behalf of other concerning transactions involving real property. This could entail buying/selling, refinancing, or managing a residence or commercial space. It is up to the specifying party as to who will be receiving these powers, what the controls will be, and how long the term of this policy will last. Once these elements of the POA have been settled, the principal can then garner either a witness or a notary public to confirm the signature that they are required to supply within the document.
