The Arkansas Real Estate Power of Attorney specifically caters to individuals that would like to have another party conduct real estate matters on their behalf. Users of the form can name an attorney-in-fact to allow for an identified performance (or performances) they would like carried out regarding a particular property. The terms surrounding the document’s effectiveness, such as durability and/or designated termination date, can also be instituted as desired by the principal party. After providing the mandatory details, the principal and agent should furnish their signatures as instructed.
