Minnesota Vehicle (DVS) Bill of Sale Form

A Minnesota DVS bill of sale serves as a supporting record of a vehicle transaction and helps document the agreed-upon terms. While it is not always required for title transfer, signatures from both individuals can strengthen the validity of the sale. Minnesota typically expects title transfers to be completed within about 10 days of the sale.
