The Minnesota Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is a tool that allows you to designate an agent to either register, title, buy, or sell an automobile on your behalf. Under certain circumstances, some folks may not have the time or ability to accomplish transactions for their own vehicle. This instrument will allow the attorney-in-fact to operate in their name and perform any necessary actions required to achieve the assigned task, such as signing paperwork. Users of this form can effectuate the document by delivering it with the requisite information and their signature (to be conducted under the review of a notary public).
