The Oregon Limited (Special) Power of Attorney is an express contract configured to bestow a fixed allotment of allowed actions to be performed by a designated agent. The document serves to deliver a finite amount of privileges to an attorney-in-fact to take care of financial matters for a declaring owner. The selection of the desired powers can be clarified and outlined in an issuing principal’s own words. After defining the extent of the agency, the attorney-in-fact and declarant can endorse the form to create a legal agreement. Revocation can occur when the principal party wishes to annul the arrangement by amending the paperwork or completing a revocation of power of Attorney form as instructed.
