The Washington Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney invokes issued controls for a person other than the vehicle owner to manage and assume the authorities associated with ownership of an automobile. Vehicle owners who wish to allow an alternate individual to manage decision-making and signing privileges related to a car, truck, or boat may furnish the provided form to establish legal rights. The powers can be gained to sell or gift a currently owned motor vehicle and sign over the owner’s title. Additionally, the nominated agent is permitted to apply to register or title the automobile or vessel. Signatures affixed to the government paperwork will necessitate the revision of endorsement by a licensed notary or before a Washington vehicle licensing employee.
