The Texas Real Estate Power of Attorney is exclusively for the transfer of powers from one party to another in regard to real property transactions. When an individual needs a real estate task executed on their behalf, they can accomplish a copy of this form in order to legally provide an agent with their personal authority to buy, sell, manage, or refinance a specific property. To put this into effect, the principal will need to fill out the form accordingly and furnish their signature as required by law.
