The Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is a state form supplied for the purpose of allowing an indicated person the express rights to speak, act, and sign on behalf of the owner(s) of an automobile. This type of understanding is generally used when the owner of a car or truck is not available to sign for and/or carry out transactions associated with the vehicle. The agreement coveys controls for the assigned agent to register, license, title, and transfer the vehicle without the presence of the owning principal. The arrangement is granted on a temporary basis and can be issued with a confirmed expiry date at the discretion of the declaring individual.
