The Pennsylvania Revocation of Power of Attorney is a legal document designed to aid in the dissolving of an existing POA agreement. When a principal no longer requires an attorney-in-fact to act on their behalf, the next step to take is to cancel the arrangement legally. Although some powers of attorney issued may have a stated expiration date, early termination may be desired at the request of the declarant. Fill the paperwork with the corresponding information relating to the previous accord and sign as instructed to revoke the original contract.
