The Oregon General (Financial) Power of Attorney defines the terms and conditions concerning the issuance of controls from an owning individual to a designated agent temporarily. The registered agreement can be utilized to submit broad sweeping powers to an attorney-in-fact to act on behalf of the declarant regarding the principal’s associated financial, legal, or tax affairs. Although the form allows the declarant to specify the exact permissions granted, it is typically used to endow a wider range of controls than a more restricted limited POA. Once the contract is compiled to the liking of the grantor, it can be signed and dated by the participating parties to initiate the commencement of the arrangement.
