The Oklahoma General (Financial) Power of Attorney authorizes the expressed allocation of rights passed from one owning individual to another agent. When the principal wishes to appoint an alternate person as a designated agent, it is typically to delegate specified tasks, allowing for business to be conducted in their absence. The provided form can be used as a tool to determine the areas where an attorney-in-fact will be able to communicate and/or act on behalf of the declarant for a signified period. The paperwork can be completed to meet the user’s demands, allowing for identified selection of each of the desired privileges to be bestowed at the discretion of the principal party.
