The Ohio Revocation of Power of Attorney confirms a principal’s desire to cancel the terms of a previously accomplished POA. When someone forms a POA relationship where they grant an agent the authority to act on their behalf, they may decide that they would no longer like that individual to possess the powers granted. By executing this instrument, they may discontinue the policy of the original POA and maintain physical proof of when the termination occurred. This can be achieved simply by inserting the requested details within the form and endorsing it as instructed.
