The New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is a legal document that can be issued to allot a designated party with permission to act on behalf of an owner regarding activity associated with an identified vehicle. The form must be filled and executed to endow another individual with the right to sign, communicate, or appear in place of the principal and effectively carry our transactions connected to the automobile. The attorney-in-fact can then make authorized arrangements to buy, sell, trade, register, or title the car or truck without the presence of the declaring party. The New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles requires that the POA paperwork accompany all state applications for those that wish to transact in the name of another individual regarding a vehicle.
