The New Hampshire Revocation of Power of Attorney reverses the commitment initially designated by a previously instated POA. When the original purpose prompting the creation of a POA is no longer applicable to the needs of a declaring party, the revocation agreement can be utilized to dissolve the existing arrangement. The form can quickly be completed by filling with the requested information as directed and signing before a notary public.
