The Nebraska Real Estate Power of Attorney contractually validates a legal understanding set forth to bestow controls associated with property ownership to an alternate party. Issuing agency of this nature can be used in cases when an owner wishes to delegate one or more tasks to an attorney-in-fact for them to sign or act in their absence. The paperwork can be used to grant rights to buy, sell, manage, or refinance a given piece of real estate at the request of the owning principal.
