The Nebraska Revocation of Power of Attorney provides a principal party with a legal avenue to document the cancellation of a previously crated power of attorney issuance. After instating a POA, there may come a time where the arrangement is no longer needed. When the declarant of the original agreement wants to terminate the supplied contract, they can officially retract the endowed controls upon the execution of the paperwork. Signatures must be received by all participants with the supervising assistance and confirmation of a notary.
