The Michigan Revocation of Power of Attorney is delivered to the agent of an existing POA to cancel the terms of the original document. Before presenting an attorney-in-fact with the revocation, the executor must supply it with the details concerning the initial instrument and sign it accordingly (preferably in the presence of witnesses and/or a notary public). After meeting the requirements of the form, the canceling party should retain a copy for themselves and furnish their agent with another.
