The Kentucky Revocation of Power of Attorney, when executed, concludes the terms of an arrangement created in a former POA document. As time goes on, executors of an existing POA may decide that they do not want to continue with the established principal-agent relationship. If this is the case, they are strongly encouraged to cancel the original document’s policy, in writing, by implementing this instrument. To put forth the termination, the revoking individual must furnish it with the requisite data (regarding the parties and active POA), the date of revocation, and their endorsement as corroboration to the official annulment.
