The Kentucky Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney was developed by the state’s Motor Vehicle Licensing Division to ensure that residents have the ability to assign vehicle-related transactions to an agent of their choice. To be more specific, the matters that one can delegate using this form pertain to the automobile’s title (application or transfer), registration, odometer disclosure, and license plates. To complete said document, the grantor(s) must supply the form with any applicable info regarding the vehicle(s) at hand, the details of the parties engaging in the arrangement, and their signature(s) as directed by the state (to be witnessed by a notary for certification).
