The Idaho Real Estate Power of Attorney limits the agent’s authority to only having the ability to act on the behalf of the principal for real estate dealings. Not only does it confine the authority to real property transactions, but it also permits the grantor to further restrict the amount of power conveyed by allowing them to insert any limitations within the special instructions. After fulfilling each section of the form, the granting party will be prompted to sign the instrument in the presence of a notarial officer to have it authenticated.
