The Idaho General (Financial) Power of Attorney is designated for those who wish to delegate personal financial assignments to an agent. When someone would like to authorize another person to accomplish certain tasks on their behalf, they will need to grant powers that allow the individual to function as their representative. This POA form allows users to do just that, providing the opportunity to appoint an attorney-in-fact, choose which authorities will be granted, and specify what restrictions will be applied to the powers (if any). With that being said, the powers delivered using this document will expire if the principal’s decision-making ability is ever compromised.
