The Iowa Real Estate Power of Attorney is a type of limited POA that strictly assigns powers related to certain aspects of real property. So, if an individual is unable to execute a needed action for a piece of real estate they have a stake in, they can appoint a representative to carry out this essential function for them. These duties could pertain to the property’s acquisition, sale, management, or refinancing. After declaring what the agent will have permission to handle, the executor of the instrument must supply it with the necessary information regarding the arrangement and sign it as compelled by law.
