The Iowa Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (Form 411021) is issued by the state’s Department of Transportation (DOT) for residents to have the ability to assign a representative to conduct vehicle-related transactions on their behalf. These transactions could involve applying for a certificate of title, registering a car or truck, transferring ownership, executing statements, etc. To actualize such an arrangement, the grantor will need to insert the requested details regarding the parties & vehicle, choose which performances they would like carried out in their name, and have the form notarized by an official by signing it in their presence.
