The Arizona Limited (Special) Power of Attorney is a practical option for anyone wishing to convey a more specific power. Your average durable or general POA mainly covers broad areas of a principal’s life, but with a limited POA, users can be more precise with the authority that they bestow upon their agent. The executor of this form will have to decide who they want as an attorney-in-fact, whether or not they would like the arrangement to continue if they ever become mentally disabled, and what functions their agent will be able to carry out.
