The Pennsylvania Real Estate Power of Attorney produces a tangible understanding for a property holder to institute bestowed agency to a nominated attorney-in-fact. A property owner may wish to appoint another person to handle transactions related to real estate if they are not present to do so or are physically unable to perform necessary tasks. Arranging to designate an agent to conduct required business regarding the named property or properties can be customized by the principal to allot permissions on an as-needed basis. Once completed to the declarant’s satisfaction, the document can be executed before a notary professional and tw0 (2) witnesses to secure proper validation and initiate the contract terms.
