The Pennsylvania Real Estate Power of Attorney produces a tangible understanding for a property holder to institute bestowed agency to a nominated attorney-in-fact. A property owner may wish to appoint another person to handle transactions related to real estate if they are not present to do so or are physically unable to perform necessary tasks.
