The New Mexico Tax Power of Attorney provides a tangible consent record for an individual to authorize a specialist to act on their behalf regarding state taxes. The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department have created the document to formally grant representation for professionals to speak and act in place of the taxpayer. Follow the included directions to fill the registry as necessary and apply endorsements where indicated.

Signing Requirements – The form requires the taxpayer(s) to sign as denoted in the designated space(s). Signatures from either a partner, corporate officer, or fiduciary for business tax matters must be affixed in the allotted area to finalize the document.

How to File
