The North Dakota Limited (Special) Power of Attorney assembles a legal account of the distribution of choice rights from one person to another for a denoted period. The form presents allocated space for the principal to define the criteria of the transferred powers in their own words to customize the agreement further. The specified agent will receive authorization to perform intended tasks on behalf of the principal individual as stated within the document. The contract can be useful in situations where a declarant finds themselves unable to be present to conduct transactions involving personal accounts/property, real estate, insurance policies, or legal matters.
