The North Dakota General (Financial) Power of Attorney is the basic paperwork designed to allocate established rights from an owning entity to an alternate agent. The general form grants a finite degree of controls as needed by a principal to allow another person to administer specified tasks on their behalf. Adjustments can be made to efficiently dictate which powers are to be granted to the attorney-in-fact at the discretion of the authorizing principal.
