The Massachusetts Real Estate Power of Attorney can be of use to an individual who primarily needs an agent to handle matters specific to real property. When someone is not available to act for themselves regarding a piece of property, whether it relates to the management, financing, purchase, or sale, they may wish to appoint a representative to conduct these affairs on their behalf. With this written instrument, the executor may do exactly that which will allow their spokesperson to obtain and sign any relevant paperwork for them. The principal may accomplish this feat by furnishing the form with the personal details of each individual, selecting the tasks that are to be delegated, and prescribing a term for the document. The principal must then provide their endorsement under the oversight of a notary public to enhance the validity of the form.
