The Kansas Revocation of Power of Attorney terminates a principal-agent relationship that was formed in a previously recorded POA instrument. When someone has provided an agent with powers related to their personal affairs, they may later decide that they no longer want that individual to retain the authority granted. To properly end the arrangement, it is important that the terminating party confirm the cancellation, in writing, by the use of this form. All that is necessitated is the information surrounding the primary document, the identities of the original principal & attorney-in-fact, and the signature of the individual revoking the POA.
