The Kansas Real Estate Power of Attorney is a viable alternative to some of the more customary POA documents for those who wish to only delegate powers related to real property. Within the form, users are provided with a list of real estate powers that they can pick and choose from to further narrow down the scope of their agent’s authority. Apart from the selection of powers, the appointing party will have to enter the personal details regarding themselves and their agent, designate a term, and supply their endorsement while being reviewed by a notarial officer for further acknowledgment.
