The Kansas General (Financial) Power of Attorney is applied when somebody wishes to grant another individual the authority to act as their representation regarding certain fiscal matters. Unlike the durable POA, the general version will not maintain its validity if the principal ever loses their mental faculties (becomes incapacitated).
