The Georgia Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is a state-issued document that facilitates an arrangement where somebody can bestow powers onto another individual that authorizes them to accomplish vehicle transactions in the grantor’s name. Acts related to the vehicle’s titling, registration, and exchange can all be delegated to a third (3rd) party with the use of this written instrument. To finalize the POA, vehicle owners will be compelled to name their appointee, provide the car/truck’s information, and sign the form as prescribed.
