Statutes – Chapter 15c: Connecticut Uniform Power of Attorney Act (§ 1-350 – § 1-369)
Signing Requirements – The principal’s signature must be acknowledged by two (2) witnesses and an authorized officer, e.g., notary public, justice of the peace, or commissioner of the superior court (§ 1-350d).
