Connecticut Revocation of Power of Attorney Form

156 Downloads

The Connecticut Revocation of Power of Attorney is the standard form exercised when an individual wants to revoke the authority granted in a previously accomplished POA. When powers are conveyed to an attorney-in-fact to carry out a specified task, oftentimes, the principal will want to terminate these rights once the task has been completed. If they did not stipulate a termination date in the original document, it must be carried out within the filing. Provide the requested information and the principal’s signature in the presence of two (2) witnesses and/or notary public to instate the revocation.
