The Arizona General Power of Attorney provides users with the capability of assigning an associate to handle various financial factors of their life. At first glance, it may seem like this document is no different than the Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney, but if you take a closer look, you will realize that you have the option of having the terms expire upon the incapacitation of the principal. To put this paperwork into motion, the party designating the powers will have to choose their attorney-in-fact, select the authorities they wish to grant, and provide their endorsements as necessary. The signing must transpire while being noticed by a witness and an official containing notarial power.
