The Arkansas Revocation of Power of Attorney is an important document used to reverse the personal authority granted to another party. A principal who has assigned an agent to carry out certain acts in their name may introduce this form at any time to nullify a previously issued power of attorney. The main criteria needed within the instrument should include the information of both parties, the date on which the original POA was made official, and the signature of the revoking party.
