The Alabama Revocation of Power of Attorney is a standard procedure used to eliminate the rights granted in a previous document. When an individual creates a POA to designate an agent to perform various duties in their favor, there may come a time when they no longer wish to bestow these powers unto the attorney-in-fact. If this is the case, they can implement this form to cancel the prior terms. To use the form, indicate the requested information about the original agreement and the involved parties, and then sign as instructed. Copies of the completed document should then be distributed to any individual who was part of the initial document.
