The Alabama Revocation of Power of Attorney is a standard procedure used to eliminate the rights granted in a previous document. When an individual creates a POA to designate an agent to perform various duties in their favor, there may come a time when they no longer wish to bestow these powers unto the attorney-in-fact. If this is the case, they can implement this form to cancel the prior terms.
