Alabama Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (Form MVT-5-13)

An Alabama Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney grants specific permissions to another individual to act as the owner of an automobile. The form requires each party’s information, authorized task(s) details, and endorsements. The Secure Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (Form MVT-8-4) should be used if the lienholder physically holds the title or has been lost.
